Taxation

Moss & Roberts offer a tax service in connection with UK property letting (fee based).
This includes the preparation of an Income and Expenditure Statement, the preparation of a Self Assessment Tax Return and an assessment of overall circumstances to provide further possible Tax savings.

We offer a service for the completion of a personal tax return (fee based) along with advice on a range of Offshore Tax planning arrangements.

We provide advice on Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax. (Certain aspects of Inheritance Tax Planning are regulated by the Financial Services Authority)

Moss & Roberts also provide an assessment of personal tax situations prior to departure from the UK (with a view to reducing tax commitments).

In Germany and Cyprus in particular, we advise a number of teachers and members of the British Armed Forces. We are familiar with their pension schemes and regularly provide advice on making additional contributions. We can also advise on the suitability of Stakeholder pensions for a wide range of expatriates.

We are also members of the Services Insurance & Investment Advisory Panel.
